RLC expands pioneer residential subdivision project in Pampanga

Robinsons Land Corporation – Housing and Land Development Division (RLC-HLDD) continues to establish itself as a regional trailblazer through the expansion of its pioneer project in Baranggay Pampang, Angeles City, Pampanga. Forest Parkhomes is the first mid-cost residential subdivision developed by Robinsons Land Corporation in Pampanga when it entered the region in the 2nd semester of 2004. The planned expansion will be a Mediterranean-inspired mid-cost residential subdivision and will be adjacent to its predecessor project. The location of Forest Parkhomes North will make it easy for future residents to go shopping or go to their place of work as it is conveniently situated near Robinsons Place in Angeles City and Clark Special Economic Zone. Landmarks near the project site include Mimosa, Pampang Market, Holy Rosary Church, Angeles University, Nepo Mall, and the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport. In addition, the community has easy access to the Fil-Am Frienship Highway and the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway, making Subic only 35 minutes away from the site.

Forest Parkhomes North will be offerin “lots only” with option for housing. Sizes of lots will range from 150 to 180 sqm.
